There are many exercises that can be done on T-Zone’s vibration machines. In fact, some of them can be watched on our video page or on YouTube. For those of you who already own a T-zone, you should have all the exercises outlined in your book. T-zone also sells large posters of the exercises for those interested.
Depending on which area of your body you’re working on, there are literally dozens if not several hundred exercises that can be done on the T-zone vibration machines. Keep two key points in mind when exercising on the vibration machine:
The key is to listen to your body. Slowly shift your weight around on the vibration platform and do what feels best.
To work your lower back, lock your knees, gradually lean forward holding on the safety bar until you feel it working. You can also gradually lean backward using the bars as support.
To work your calves, slightly bend your knees.
For knee therapy, simply place one foot on one side of the vibration platform and bend your knee at a 90-degree angle. Increase or decrease the speed to what feels best for your knee.
